Salmon Dip
by Collette White | April 5, 2016

Good Afternoon! I am here today to share with you this super EASY and DELICIOUS dip that my kids LOVE and ask for regularly. I make it with my homemade mayonnaise but it works just as well with store bought mayonnaise, depending on your preferences, intolerances and time etc! I hope you love it as much as we do!
Ingredients
415g tin Salmon – drained
½ cup mayonnaise (approx. 150g)
good pinch salt and pepper
optional:
2 tblspns fresh lemon juice
¼ bunch fresh parsley
¼ bunch fresh dill
Method
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
TMX: 10 seconds Speed 5. Scrape down sides then another 20 seconds Speed 5.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
My 4 kids love this for a dip for school lunches.
For a spicy adult version, add ¼ – ½ tspn cayenne pepper instead of the lemon juice, parsley and dill and served with roasted sweet potato chips.

Wishing you a truly wonderful week ahead! I look forward to connecting with you more again soon.
Take Care of You,
