Choc Mint Bliss Balls

Good Afternoon friends! I hope this finds you all well. I love making bliss balls almost much as my family loves eating them! I decided to make some with a little twist by adding dark choc chips and peppermint essence and they were a massive hit! I truly hope you love them as much as my family does. Ingredients

10 x medjool dates – seeds removed – 80g

1 cup raw almonds – 180g

¼ desiccated coconut – 30g

2 tblspns cacao powder – 10g

1 tblspn chia seeds – 10g

10-15 drops peppermint essence *

good pinch salt

1/3 cup dark choc chips * – 90g

Method

Place all the ingredients except for the choc chips into a food processer and blitz on medium – high speed for 60-90 seconds until combined and sticky.

TMX: Speed 6 / 1 minute

Add the choc chips and stir thoroughly to combine.

TMX: Reverse / Speed 3 / 15 seconds

Roll into heaped tablespoon size balls and refrigerate for at least an hour before enjoying.

  • ensure peppermint essence is food grade
