There are multiple options these days for ‘staple’ ingredients. Don’t hesitate to substitute what I use in my books for your personal preferences depending on your allergies / dietary needs.
Eg swap rice milk for dairy milk, soy, almond etc.
Swap rice flour for plain flour.
Swap rapadura for brown sugar or coconut sugar.
Swap cacao for cocoa or dairy free drinking chocolate.
Whilst my books cater for Gluten, Dairy and Preservative / Additive free, don’t let this stop you from cooking these tasty recipes if you don’t have food allergies in your family.
